A Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF) is a professionally managed pooled trust fund invested collectively in various investment instruments with the goal of providing its clients maximum yields and returns within certain levels of risks.

Structured as Feeder Funds, at least 90% of the assets of each of the Fund are invested in a Target Fund managed by Sun Life Asset Management Company, Inc. (SLAMCI). The remaining portion of the Fund’s assets are managed by MPI-Trust Department (MPI) for liquidity.
