ELIGIBILITY
- The iSave 1-2-3 Cash Credit Promo is intended to reward new and existing Maybank iSave customers who will meet the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”):

- Has an active iSave Account
- Maintain at least Php 30,000 in incremental Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) on their Maybank iSave Account
- His/Her non-iSave current/savings CASA Total Relationship Balance (“ CASA TRB”), if applicable, will remain the same or higher within the promo period vs. reference period. For purposes of this promo, TRB is the sum of all ADB from all your non-iSave Retail Deposit accounts excluding USD Accounts, Time Deposit Accounts, Time Deposit Settlement Accounts and Corporate Deposit Accounts.
- This promo will reward cash credits to Maybank iSave customers who meet the ff. requirements:
- BALANCE REWARD: Customer must meet the Eligibility Requirements in Section 2 above
- BOOSTER REWARD: Customer must qualify for the Balance Reward AND perform debit transactions using their Maybank iSave account and/or complete bills payment (“BP”) or interbank fund transfer (“IBFT”) transactions from their Maybank iSave accounts via Maybank2u mobile and internet banking.
- For this promo, Promo Average Daily Balance (“Promo ADB”) will be defined as Sum of all the daily balances, divided by the days within the promo period.

Reference Average Daily Balance (“Reference ADB”) will be defined as Sum of all June 2024 daily balances, divided by number of days for the month.

Incremental Average Daily Balance (“Incremental ADB”) will be defined as Promo Average Daily Balance less the Reference Average Daily Balance.

Sample Scenario 1 - Balance Rewards [Existing to Bank]: Client is an existing client of Maybank with a Reference ADB of Php 20,000 as of June 30, 2024 and funded his/her account with Php 100,000 on July 15 and retained it until the end of promo period.

Sample Scenario 2 - Balance Rewards [New to Bank]: Client is a new-to-bank client and maintains Php 100,000 to his/her account on July 15 and retained it until the end of promo period.

Sample Scenario 3 – Balance + Booster Rewards: Client is an existing client of Maybank with an Average daily balance of 20,000 as of June 30, 2024 and funded his/her account with Php 100,000 on July 15 and retained it until the end of promo period. Also, client have debit, interbank fund transfer and bills payment transactions.

REWARDS AND CONDITIONS
- If the Eligible Customer(s) meets ALL the eligibility criteria stipulated in number 2 & 3, the Eligible Customer(s) will be entitled to the corresponding rewards as follows:
- BALANCE REWARD:
- If the customer’s incremental iSave ADB is more than Php30,000 but less than Php300,000, the customer will earn Php1.00 cash credit per day for every Php30,000 incremental ADB multiplied by the number of promo days.
- If the customer’s incremental iSave ADB is more than Php300,000 but less than Php3,000,000, the customer will earn Php4.00 cash credit per day for every Php30,000 incremental ADB multiplied by the number of promo days.
- The cash credit will start from the first Php30,000 ADB up to Php3,000,000 and will not be in addition to the cash credit stated in 5.a.
- Incremental ADB beyond Php3,000,000.00 will not earn cash credits.
- BOOSTER REWARDS:
- Debit card spends posted in the customer’s iSave account during the promo period will earn Php5.00 cash credit for every Php1,000 spend.
- Debit spends in other Maybank CASA will not earn cash credits.
- Valid Debit transactions must be performed via Point of Sale (POS) and E- Commerce transaction using iSave Debit Card within the Promo Period. Only successful and completed transactions will be considered.
- Any failed, cancelled, or reversed transactions within Promo Period, regardless of the cause of, failure, cancellation, or reversal, will not be considered.
- Any debit spends earmarked but not posted (e.g. future hotel bookings) or posted beyond the promo date will not be included in the cash credit computation.
- Each outbound Instapay transaction during the promo period will earn Php2.00.
- Only outbound Instapay transactions posted in the customer’s iSave account will be qualified for the promo.
- Each bills payment transaction during the promo period will earn Php2.00
- Only bills payment posted in the customer’s iSave account will be qualified for the promo.
- No splitting of bills payment will be allowed. Multiple payments made to 1 reference number of the same biller will be counted as 1 transaction for purposes of computing cash credit.
Summary of Rewards:

IMPORTANT: To qualify for above rewards, your Non-iSave CASA TRB has to remain the same or higher within of the Promo Period .
REWARDS CREDITING
- Cash credits will be rounded off to the last 2 digits.
- Cash credits will be credited to Eligible customer’s Maybank iSave account monthly within 10 banking days from the end of promo period.
- The Eligible Customer will receive an SMS notification after the cash credit has been successfully credited to his or her Maybank iSave account.
- The cash credit will be credited only to the Maybank iSave account of the accountholder. In the event of account closure on the crediting date, the cash credit will be forfeited.
- The 20% withholding tax will be shouldered by Maybank Philippines Inc.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- All Maybank iSave account opening shall be subject to further verification and approval following Maybank’s processes, Product Terms and Conditions, and Deposit Contract.
- Maybank Philippines may disqualify any customer(s) that it determines to be tampering with the account opening process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Promo Mechanics.
- In case of dispute in respect to accountholder’s eligibility, Maybank will conduct a thorough and fair investigation. Review and concurrence of DTI will be obtained for the final resolution and disposition of the Bank. The Bank will communicate to the client the final decision within the agreed timelines.
