|iSave is Maybank's new fully digital savings account that can be opened via the Maybank2U PH App.
|How can I open an isave account?|
|Just go to the App Store for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) and Google Play Store for Android smartphones and tablets.|
|What are the requirements for opening iSave?|
|Can I apply for an iSave in the Maybank website and branches?|
|You can only open iSave via the Maybank2U PH App.|
|How do I apply for iSave?|
|Step 1: Open the Maybank2U PH App|
Step 2: Click "Get Started" and click "Open iSave icon".
Step 3: Fill up the required basic information, and select your preferred Maybank branch.
Step 4: Review your application details and agree on Terms and Conditions.
Step 6. Take a photo of any of the required valid IDs together with a specimen signature in a piece of paper, and take a selfie.
Step 7. Click Submit documents.
If you are existing client with M2U internet banking account, please login to your Maybank PH app.
|I am an existing Maybank client. Can I still open iSave?|
|Yes. Information from your existing account will be copied when you open an iSave via the Maybank2U PH App. If you have changes in your contact information such as mailing address, mobile number, email, etc., you should visit your branch of account first to update your information, prior to opening an iSave.|
|Can I apply for multiple iSave accounts?|
|No, you can only open one (1) iSave account.|
|How do I know the status of my iSave application?|
|You will receive an SMS informing about your iSave application. For successful applications, an email information about your iSave account will also be sent.|
|My iSave application was not successfully processed. What are the possible reasons?|
|You may have:
|Can I reapply for iSave if my application was rejected?|
|Yes, you may reapply after one (1) calendar day.|
|Does iSave come with an ATM card?|
|Yes. For a minimum deposit of 1000, your ATM Card will be sent to your registered present address within 5-7 banking days for Metro Manila and 10-15 banking days for provincial areas. |
NOTE: We are currently experiencing difficulties in the delivery of iSave ATM Cards. In the meantime, you may request for a nameless ATM Card from an open branch near you. You may click on this for our complete list of branches.
|How can I activate my iSave ATM Card?|
|Call Maybank Customer Service at 588-3888 for assistance.|
|How do I know my iSave ATM PIN?|
|Your ATM PIN will only be sent by mail to your registered present address, separately from your ATM card delivery, for security purposes.|
|I did not receive my ATM Card or PIN Mailer. What should I do?|
|Call Maybank Customer Service at 8588-3888 to check the delivery status.|
|Does iSave come with a passbook?|
|iSave only comes with an ATM Card. You can keep track of your transactions via the Maybank2U PH App or www.maybank.com.ph|
