3. Dining Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used to settle for other hotel charges such as rooms, spa, or sports and leisure activities.
4. Maximum Occupancy per room is as follows:

Deluxe Rooms:

• 2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and below

The existing bed arrangement of either king or double bed will be utilized. No extra bed arrangement.

                     Suite Rooms:

• 2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and below or
• 2 adults and 3 children 12 years old and below or
• 3 adults and 1 child

The existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed and a sofa bed will be utilized—no extra bed arrangement.

Villa Rooms:

• 2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and below or
• 2 adults and 3 children 12 years old and below or
• 3 adults and 1 child

The existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed and a sofa bed will be utilized. Extra bed is subject to availability.

5. For extension of stay, a Best Rate Guarantee of less than 10% will apply.

1. Send an email to Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay and indicate preferred travel dates and guest details
2. Place the subject line as Maybank Deals Promo/cardholder name/ check-in date.

(e.g. Maybank Deals Promo/Juan Dela Cruz/02-20-2022)

3. Crimson Resort and Spa, Boracay shall send a Statement of Account with payment link and instructions via email.
4. Full payment via payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
5. Once full payment has been made, the Hotel will send a confirmation voucher via email
6. The confirmation voucher and the Maybank Credit Card used must be presented upon check-in, and a government-issued ID of the Cardholder to verify that the booking is qualified for the promo. If the guest is not the Maybank Cardholder, a photocopy of the Maybank Card and government-issued ID of the Cardholder may be presented. Should the guest fail to show, the current online best rate will be applied and, all the room inclusions under Maybank Deals promo forfeited. Other resort policies and procedures apply.

           8. In case of dispute related to the promo, Maybank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-  negotiable.
