Promo Mechanics
- The Promo is open to active Principal Maybank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) in good credit standing* who will submit complete Maybank Supplementary Credit Card application and requirements within the Promo Period.
Complete Maybank Supplementary Credit Card application must be submitted to Maybank Credit Card Sales Team via mpi.CULcardssales@maybank.com .
Existing Cardholders who will cancel their Maybank Supplementary Credit Card and apply during the Promo Period will not qualify for the Promo.
- Promo Period is from November 5, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
- Spend Period is thirty (30) calendar days from card activation date.
- To join, the Cardholder must apply for new Supplementary Credit Card/s during the Promo Period.
- Qualified Supplementary Credit Cardholder must reach single or accumulated retail spend of P5,000 within Spend Period.
- Maximum of two (2) Supplementary Credit Cards may qualify during the Promo Period.
- The Principal Cardholder can receive a maximum of P4,000 Cash Back upon card activation of newly issued Supplementary Credit Card and reaching required retail spend of P5,000 per Supplementary Credit Cardholder during the Spend Period.

- The Cash Back will reflect on the nearest statement cut-off date of the statement of account of the Cardholder upon reaching required spend within the Spend Period.
- During the Promo and Cash Back crediting period, Card account must be active and in good credit standing*.
- Qualified spend are straight/ retail transactions during the Spend Period. Cash advance, EzyCash, EzyTransfer, EzyConvert transactions, Fees and Charges are excluded.
- The Cash Back is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item not specified under this Promo.
- Maybank may disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a Cardholder receive his/ her Cash Back but was later on deemed not qualified for not meeting the requirements of the activation promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the Cash Back shall be charged by Maybank to the Cardholder’s Maybank credit card account.
- In the event that the Principal Cardholder cancels his/ her Maybank Supplementary Credit Card within twelve (12) months from Card activation date, voluntary or involuntary, Maybank may charge the equivalent pro-rated amount of the Cash Back.
- The Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Maybank Credit Card campaigns.
- Disputes on eligibility and redemption will be thoroughly reviewed by Maybank and its decision will require the concurrence of DTI. Feedback to the cardholder will be provided within the stipulated timeframe.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
The use of the Maybank Credit Card in connection with this Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of Maybank Credit Cards.
