    Offer: Tap & Go with Mastercard – SM Store x Mastercard Shop and Win PHP50,000 for Everyday Essentials

    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Promo is open to ALL Maybank Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active and in good credit standing*.
    2. To join the Promotion, cardholders must tap a valid Mastercard credit card for a minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt straight or installment purchase at any SM Store branch nationwide.
    3. Valid for in-store and Personal Shopper card-present transactions.
    4. Transactions paid via iPay88 / email billing, as well as cardholders whose accounts are suspended or terminated, are not eligible to join the promotion.
    5. A minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt purchase (straight or installment transaction) at any SM Store branch nationwide gives the cardholder a chance to instantly win Php 50,000 or Php 5,000 SM Gift Pass.
    6. There will be 75 winners of Php 50,000 worth of SM Gift Pass and 600 winners of Php 5,000 SM Gift Pass nationwide.
    7. The Promo Period is from August 16 to October 24, 2024, while claiming of prizes will be from August 16 to December 24, 2024.
    8. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of Php 5,000 using Mastercard, if the customer wins, a winning stub will be generated after the qualified tape receipt indicating which prize the customer has won (Php 50,000 or Php 5,000 worth of SM Gift Pass).
    9. The Promotion is only available at SM Store. Transactions made in other SM Retail Affiliates are not qualified to join the promo and win any prize.
    10. Prizes are non-convertible to cash.
    11. Purchases of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not qualified for the promotion.   
    12. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.
    13. How to Claim the Prize:
      • For In-Store Transactions: The winner (Cardholder) must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter (BCO) of the SM Store where the transaction was made:
        1. Original Winning Transaction Receipt
        2. Original Winning Charge Slip
        3. Original Winning Stub   
        4. Winning Mastercard Card Used
        5. Valid ID
      • For Personal Shopper Transactions: The SM Store Branch rider/designated driver will release/deliver the Prize to the winner.
      • If an Authorized Representative will claim the prize, the following must be presented:
        1. Original/Photocopy Valid ID of the winner
        2. Original Valid ID of the Representative
        3. Original Winning Transaction Receipt
        4. Original Winning Stub
        5. Original Winning Charge Slip
    14. The winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.
    15. The Transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped "CLAIMED" upon release of the Prize.
    16. The Cardholder can only claim his/her Prize at the same branch of the SM Store where the transaction was made.
    17. SM Store and Mastercard will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).
    18. SM Store and Mastercard Philippines reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.   
    19. Employees of SM Store, SM Retail Inc., Mastercard, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating

    *Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
