• Promotion is not valid for booking via travel agencies or Malaysia Airlines call centre.
• Promotion is valid on airfare only and is not applicable to fuel surcharge, applicable government and airport taxes and levies.
• This promotion is valid for Malaysia Airlines-operated flights only. Codeshare flights, including those operated by partner carriers, are strictly excluded.
• Itineraries involving one or more non-Malaysia Airlines-operated sectors, including codeshare segments, do not qualify for this promotion.
• Multi-city itineraries and bookings are not eligible for this promotion, and promo codes cannot be applied to such journeys.

Example:

Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – Kansai (KIX) operated by Malaysia Airlines;

Kansai (KIX) – Sapporo (CTS) operated by a partner airline (codeshare);

Narita (NRT) – Kuala Lumpur (KUL) operated by Malaysia Airlines.

The above itinerary is made under one (1) booking and is not eligible for the promotion due to the inclusion of a codeshare flight.

• Stopover is not permitted.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Upon confirmation of a booking with a ticket issued, passengers are not allowed to change the travel date, nor substitute or change the named passenger.
• Please refer to the fare rules displayed at the time of booking for conditions on changes, cancellations and no-shows.
