Maybank Rewards Promo
Terms and Conditions
The Maybank Rewards Promo (“Promo”) which will run from April 15, 2026 to June 15, 2026 (“Promo Period”) is a joint campaign between Maybank Philippines, Incorporated, and TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
A. ELIGIBILITY
- This Promo is open to Maybank Philippines, Incorporated (MPI) customers who will meet the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”) within the Promo Period:

- Has an active Maybank deposit, credit card, personal loan, auto loan or mortgage account
- Has an active mobile number and e-mail address registered in the MPI system
- Aged 18 years old and above
- A Philippine resident throughout the duration of the Promo Period
- Able to complete any or a combination of the following transactions within the Promo Period (“Qualifying Transactions”):
- Increase in month-to-date Average Daily Balance (ADB) by at least Php5,000 against the previous month. ADB is defined as the sum of all the daily balances of the account in a month divided by the number of days of the month. Qualifying deposit products are the following:
- Maybank iSave
- EzySave+
- EzyFlex
- Maybank Debit Card single receipt straight purchase of at least Php2,500 on e-commerce sites or point-of-sale (POS) terminals in stores. Reward can be earned on a per transaction basis. Value will be rounded down for purpose of qualification for the Promo.
- Approved and activated regular or secured principal Maybank Credit Card with at least Php10,000 credit limit
- Maybank principal Credit Card single receipt spend of at least Php2,500 on e-commerce sites or point-of-sale (POS) terminals in stores. Reward can be earned on a per transaction basis. Value will be rounded down for purpose of qualification for the Promo.
- Booked Maybank Personal Loan of at least Php100,000 with corresponding Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) through a Maybank deposit account at booking date; Reward will be based on the booked loan amount, and will be rounded down for the purpose of qualification for the Promo.
- Booked Maybank Auto Loan of at least Php500,000 with corresponding Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) through a Maybank deposit account at booking date; Reward will be based on the booked loan amount, and will be rounded down for the purpose of qualification for the Promo.
- Booked Maybank Mortgage of at least Php400,000 with corresponding Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) through a Maybank deposit account at booking date; Reward will be based on the booked loan amount, and will be rounded down for the purpose of qualification for the Promo.
- At least three (3) Bill Payment transactions of any amount that are completed via the Maybank2u PH (M2U) mobile app; Reward will be for every 3 successful transactions.
- The Reward Points per Qualifying Transaction as well as the crediting period will be as follows:

- Any employee of TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promo), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified and are excluded from entering this Promo.
B. REWARD REDEMPTION
- Registration and collection of reward points
- Once an Eligible Customer has completed a Qualifying Transaction, s/he will receive an SMS notification from Maybank PH containing the Unique Promo Code (UPC) and instructions to redeem.
- For deposit joint accountholders, the SMS with the UPC will be sent to the mobile number of the primary accountholder that is registered in MPI’s system.
- An Eligible Customer will receive at least one (1) UPC for each qualifying transaction. An Eligible Customer receiving multiple UPCs for multiple transactions will need to redeem each UPC individually.
- To begin the redemption, an Eligible Customer has to log-in to the Maybank2u PH (M2U) Mobile App then tap ‘Redeem Rewards’ and agree to the Data Privacy reminders before getting redirected to the Maybank Rewards Redemption website powered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
- Once redirected to Maybank Rewards redemption website:
- Eligible Customers who will redeem the UPC and collect points for the first time need to:
- Select ‘Register/Login’ on the Menu.
- Click ‘Sign up now’ to create an account.
- Enter their e-mail address then proceed to verify your account using the code that will be e-mailed from support@tlcrewards.com.
- Set a Password for easy log-in for succeeding redemptions.
- Complete their profile creation by providing the requested information and agreeing to the relevant Terms and Conditions.
- After profile creation, you will be led to your rewards profile (My Rewards) to enter the UPC that you received from Maybank PH. Tap ‘Add’ to automatically add your rewards points.
- For succeeding redemption of rewards points, Eligible Customers may:
- Select ‘Register/Login’ on the Menu.
- Log in with your verified email address and password.
- Proceed to redeem your rewards by selecting ‘My Rewards’ from the Menu, then enter the UPC that you received from Maybank PH and tap ‘Add to automatically add your rewards points.
- An Eligible Customer must claim the Rewards points within the Redemption Period. Any unclaimed Rewards points will no longer be qualified for accumulation or redemption beyond the Redemption Period.
- Redemption of rewards through rewards points
- Eligible Customer can spend their rewards points by clicking ‘Redeem Rewards’ on either the homepage or the Menu of the Maybank Rewards website.
- Eligible Customers will be redirected to the Rewards Category page where they can choose rewards among Dining, Travel, or Activity reward categories.
- To redeem a reward, Eligible Customer must select the preferred reward with a points cost that is equal or lower than your available rewards points and click “Claim” to complete their redemption”.
- After confirming and completing the redemption, the Eligible Customer will receive an e-mail from support@tlcrewards.com containing the redemption confirmation and Reward e-Voucher with the redemption details.
- The Eligible Customer may redeem the e-voucher at the participating merchant before the indicated expiry date on the e-voucher.
- Any remaining or unspent rewards points in the Eligible Customer’s profile will expire after the Redemption Period.
C. IMPORTANT PROMO DATES
- Promo Period: The Promo Period begins at 12.00am (Philippine time) on April 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on June 15, 2026. (“Promo Period”). The Promo Period is when you can complete a qualifying transaction and qualify for a UPC.
- Redemption Period: Eligible Customers may redeem their reward points and rewards or claim their reward e-vouchers on the Maybank Rewards Promo redemption website from April 15, 2026, until August 15, 2026. After this period, Eligible Customers will not be able to log-in to the Maybank Rewards Promo redemption website.
- General Voucher Expiry Date: E-vouchers that customers will receive will be valid from April 15, 2026, until October 15, 2026. General Voucher Expiry Date is defined as the period when the Eligible Customer can go to the partner merchant to use the reward e-voucher.
D. OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Upon verification, the Eligible Customer’s email address will be permanently associated with their account and cannot be modified or updated. Eligible Customers must ensure that the email address provided is accurate and accessible prior to completing the verification process. All Reward Points earned under the Eligible Customer’s account are strictly non‑transferable. Reward Points cannot be moved, reassigned, converted, or credited to any other account or email address after the email address is set during the Sign up and verification email process.
- After completing a reward redemption on the website, the Eligible Customer is responsible in checking their email inbox for the Reward confirmation email. This e-mail contains both the Reward e-voucher and the redemption steps. In this regard, TLC will not be held in any way responsible if: the email inbox is full; there are errors reported by the email management systems; the email is disabled; the provided email address is on a blacklist.
- Rewards available on the platform are subject to availability and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the reward for a reward of equal value and/or specification, subject to approval within 3-5 business days from when the unavailability was raised.
- Each reward is governed by the respective Terms and Conditions of TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd’s partner merchant, and the Reward must be utilized as and when specified or will be forfeited without replacement.
- Maybank Philippines, Incorporated is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Eligible Customer redeeming a Reward.
- Maybank Philippines, Incorporated is not liable for Rewards claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
- Eligible Customers must not:
- Resell or transfer their rewards points or e-vouchers
- tamper with the entry or participation process.
- engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promo.
- act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.
- do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Maybank Philippines, Incorporated or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promo.
- breach of any law; or
- behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
- The registration form must be filled by the individual entering the Promo via their unique email address. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promo in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promo, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any reward awarded will be withdrawn.
- Participation in the Promo is conditional on an Eligible Customer providing TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. with Personal Information (PI) such as but not limited to name and e-mail address that are necessary to conduct this Promo. TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. will use, and handle PI as set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.tlcworldwide.com/privacy-policy/. If any dispute arises between an Eligible Customer and Maybank Philippines, Incorporated or TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. concerning the conduct of this Promo or claiming a Prize and/or Reward, Maybank Philippines, Incorporated or TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. will take reasonable steps to consider the Eligible Customer's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence they put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, Maybank Philippines, Incorporated or TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. decisions in respect of the Promo are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- No compensation will be payable to any person if an Eligible Customer is unable to participate within the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.
- The validity of the Unique Promo Codes, as well as their value in Reward Points for redemption and the period of time to enjoy the gift will be determined above, in the Terms and Conditions of the Maybank Rewards Promo campaign. After the expiry date found in the Reward e-voucher, the e-voucher will lose its validity and can no longer be redeemed. The Eligible Customer, once registered on the Maybank Rewards Promo, will be able to check available rewards points or history of reward redemption. In the event that an Eligible Customer does not have enough Reward Points for the choice of their Reward, they can obtain more Reward Points by completing more qualifying transaction that are equal or more to the Reward Points for the choice of Reward required.
- Under no circumstances will Maybank compensate for Reward Points that have expired after the Redemption Period.

E. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Maybank Philippines, Incorporated may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promo or invalidate any affected entries in the event of fraud, abuse, technical failure, regulatory requirement, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Maybank Philippines, Incorporated together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promo or accepting or using a Reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Maybank Philippines, Incorporated together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions, if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control.
- By entering this Promo, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any Promo material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- WARRANTY: Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promo, including the website and/or all reward component(s), are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
- DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Eligible Customers agree that: a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promo or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promo, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Eligible Customers agree that the statute of limitations for asserting any claims shall be a period of one (1) year from the time the cause of action accrued, or the cause of action shall be forever barred. Furthermore, Eligible Customers agree that investigation or resolution of any dispute shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during the Promo will be collected by Maybank Philippines, Incorporated or its designee and used by Maybank Philippines, Incorporated, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfilment of Promo as described in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Promo and Maybank’s Privacy Policy, accessible at https://www.maybank.com.ph/en/personal/Security/privacy-policy.page
- CONSUMER WAIVER OF CLAIMS: By accepting a Promo Reward, an Eligible Customer agrees to voluntarily waive, release and relinquish any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, remedies, demands, debts, obligations, causes of action and/or claims for relief (collectively “Claims”) that a Eligible Customer may have against TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. or Maybank Philippines, Incorporated and agrees to discharge, to indemnify and hold harmless TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd. or Maybank Philippines, Incorporated from all Claims arising out of or relating to the Promo and/or a Promo Rewards, including but not limited to Claims for bodily injury, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death and/or dismemberment (collectively “Damages”) occurring to an Eligible Customer or others. In addition, by accepting a Reward, an Eligible Customer agrees to be responsible to research the details about a reward including any inherent dangers associated with a reward and as a result agrees to accept personal responsibility for any such dangers and any resulting Damages.
