M2U Transact and Win Promo

Terms and Conditions 

Promo period for the M2U Transact and Win Promo (“Promo”) is from August 15 to October 15, 2026 (“Promo Period”)

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Promo is open to an existing Maybank Philippines, Inc. (“MPI”) client who will meet the following eligibility requirements (“Eligible Customer”):

• Has an an active individual (i.e. Must not be a Corporate, Global Banking, RSME, or Business Banking Account) Peso Maybank Deposit Account within the Promo Period
• Has registered for the promo by texting MTWIN to 22565080 using your Maybank registered number.
• Has successfully completed any of the following transactions via Maybank2u PH (M2U) mobile or internet banking within the Promo Period (“Qualifying Transaction”):

1. 1 x Bills Payment; or
2. 1 x EasyTrip RFID top up (via M2U Pay Bills feature); or
3. 1 x InstaPay Fund Transfer; or
4. 2 x Maybank to Maybank Fund Transfer (Recipient account must not be own account)

 

REWARDS AND CONDITIONS

2. An Eligible Customer shall earn one (1) raffle entry if they perform any of Qualifying Transactions (a), (b), or (c) as listed in Section 1.
3. An Eligible Customer shall earn two (2) raffle entries if they complete Qualifying Transaction (d) as listed in Section 1.
4. There is no limit on the raffle entries that can be earned.

8. Selection of raffle winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted through www.random.org in the presence of a DTI representative.
9. A customer may only win once in one week but may win again in the succeeding weekly draw.
10. Prizes are non-transferrable to another person or account.
11. The RFID load is not convertible to cash.
12. Prizes will be awarded within ten (10) business days after the draw date.   
13. The announcement of winners will be published on Maybank’s official Facebook page within ten (10) business days after the draw date.   
14. The winner will be notified via SMS from the sender “MaybankPH” to his/her registered mobile number and/or e-mail to his/her email address and registered mail address in MPI’s system.
15. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification
16. The withholding tax in relation to the Prize will be shouldered by MPI.

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17. The raffle winner must maintain an active Maybank Account within the rewarding period. Otherwise, the Prize will be forfeited in favor of Maybank with concurrence of DTI.
18. The winning RFID account must be active within the rewarding period. Otherwise, the Prize will be forfeited in favor of Maybank with concurrence of DTI.
19. MPI employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not qualified to join this Promo.
20. The Deposit Contract and the Terms & Conditions governing the use of Maybank’s Internet Banking platform are incorporated herein by reference and are made an integral part thereof.
21. Maybank may disqualify any customer that it determines to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Promo Mechanics. 
22. All questions or disputes regarding the customer’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be reviewed thoroughly and fairly by Maybank with concurrence of DTI.  The final resolution shall be communicated to the client within the stipulated timeline.
23. Terms and conditions under this Promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
24. By participating in the Promo, clients are required to accept the Terms and Conditions, which serve as their consent to join the promo.
25. By participating in this Promo, the winners will allow MPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, MPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, MPI website, MPI social media pages, and press releases.
