    1. Promo is open to all Maybank Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing*.

    3. The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at any participating stores in The Gardens Mall with a Maybank Credit Card. Acceptance of Visa and Mastercard Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants in The Gardens Mall. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
    1. Promotion is not valid for transaction(s) made at Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, reloads, e-pay, online purchases, deposit payments/pre-payments/partial payments, back-dated receipts, deposit without order, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit, manual receipts, tenants/licensees of Mid Valley Megamall, hotels, offices and merchants in Mid Valley City.
    2. Redemption(s) of reward item(s) must be made by the cardholder in person at the designated redemption counter located at North Palm, Ground Floor, from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily.
    3. Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 28 January 2026 and 22 February 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis, while daily stocks last.
    4. A valid Maybank Credit Card, the MVClub membership QR code, The Gardens Club Membership ID (if applicable), the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
    5. Each cardholder is limited to one (1) redemption per receipt per day, while stocks last.
    6. Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardholder’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
    7. Tenants and licensees of The Gardens Mall and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
    8. No alternative item will be provided once the reward item(s) is fully redeemed. If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, The Gardens Mall reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
    9. Reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
    10. By participating in this promotion, Cardholders agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Maybank in accordance with the Maybank Privacy Statement, which may be viewed on www.maybank2u.com.my (“Maybank’s Privacy Statement”) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.
    11.
