    Redemption is available only at the Redemption Counter, Centre Court, Ground Floor, from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. daily. Each Cardholder is limited to three (3) redemptions per day, on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last. Cardholders must be MVClub members to be eligible for redemption.

    Promo Terms and Conditions

    1. Promo is open to all Maybank Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing*.
    1. Promo and Redemption Period is 23 January 2026 – 25 February 2026, or while daily stocks last
    2. The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single-receipt at any participating tenants in Mid Valley Megamall or participating vendors at the Chinese New Year-themed promotion areas with a Maybank Credit Card. Acceptance of Visa or Mastercard Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants in Mid Valley Megamall. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
    3. Promotion is not valid for transaction(s) made at AEON, AEON Big, Pos Malaysia, car wash, EV charging, banks, ATM machine, money changers, food courts, medical centre, dental centre, bills, insurance/bill payment counters, credit top up (any platforms), Dragon-I, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), The Gardens Mall, hotels, offices and merchants in Mid Valley City.
    4. To avail the promotion, the eligible cardholder(s) must be an MVClub member.
    5. Redemption(s) of the reward item is to be made at the designated redemption counter located at Centre Court, Ground Floor, Mid Valley Megamall from 10.00 A.M. till 10.00 P.M. daily.
    6. Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 23 January 2026 and 25 February 2026 on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last.
    7. A valid Maybank Credit Card, the MVClub membership QR code, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of the reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
    8. Each cardholder is limited to three (3) redemptions per day, while daily stocks last.
    9. Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardholder’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
    10. Tenants and licensees of Mid Valley Megamall and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
    11. If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Mid Valley Megamall reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
    12. The reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
    13. By participating in this promotion, Cardholders agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Maybank in accordance with the Maybank Privacy Statement, which may be viewed on www.maybank2u.com.my (“Maybank’s Privacy Statement”) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.
    14. Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by Mid Valley Megamall, and its suppliers, merchants and tenants. Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the promotion.
