Terms and Conditions

1. Promo is open to active Maybank Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active and in good credit standing*.
2. Promo is valid until October 31, 2025.
3. Reservation Requirement:

• Prior reservation via Visa Concierge is required. Cardholders must mention the “Visa Elite Dining Campaign” upon booking. Reservations are subject to availability.

4. Participating a mano restaurant locations:

• A mano - Ground Floor, Unit LG22, One Bonifacio, High Street, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines
• A mano - Ground Floor, Gateway Mall 2, 28 General Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City, 1109 Metro Manila, Philippines
• A mano - Shangri-La Plaza, Unit 3, The Streetscape Ground Floor Shangri-La Plaza EDSA, corner Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong, 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines

5. Redemption Limit:

• One (1) redemption per cardholder during the promo period. Splitting or combining bills is not allowed.

6. The promotion is valid for dine-in only, with a minimum of 2 guests per reservation.
7. Reservation deposits and cancellation penalties (if applicable) follow the merchant’s policy as stated on their website.
8. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, promotional vouchers, or membership privileges, unless otherwise stated.
9. The promotion is not valid on blackout dates as determined by the merchant. The merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without prior notice.
10. The total bill must be paid using an eligible Maybank Visa Infinite credit card.
11. Once payment is made, Visa cardholders cannot dispute the charge, request reimbursement, or claim a refund.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Cards.
