Maybank guarantees a branch-free experience after online registration. No need to visit the branch to enroll third party bills, make payment to merchants or transfer funds. You can easily pay or transfer, at your own place and pace.

Security convenience is our promise. We have employed the best security measures to ensure safe online banking experience:

• Transaction Authorization Code or TAC, a six-digit number sent to your registered mobile number, used to authorize financial transactions.
• Picture security, an image available every login, which serves as an authentication of the online banking site.

You can register to M2U either by your Deposit Account or Credit Card.

Deposit Account Registration

1. Fill-out the Internet Banking Registration Form at any Maybank branch nearest you. Branch personnel will provide you the yellow copy for your IB Access Number. You will then receive SMS or First Time Activation Code (FTAC) immediately after your registration
2. Visit www.maybank.com.ph and click the LOGIN button at the upper right portion of the screen
3. Go to First Time Login
4. Choose “Deposit Account” if you have the IB Access Number and SMS ready.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions, then click accept
6. Key in your IB Access Number and FTAC, continue.
7. Type-in your preferred username and password, and then continue.
8. Username
   • 6-16 characters
   • Only Alphanumeric and underscore characters are allowed
   • Example: juanreyes or juan_reyes
9. Password should have
   • 8-12 characters
   • At least 1 Capital or small letter
   • Number
   • Special character (e.g. @, _, #)
   • Example: Ju@nreyes or Juanreyes#1
10. Nominate a picture and preferred name then submit. The image verifies the authenticity of the site you are visiting.
11. Pick and answer challenge questions then submit.
12. Confirm your registration.
13. Congratulations! You have successfully registered to M2U Internet Banking!

Note:

• If you forgot your IB Access Number, please call the Branch where you initially registered your account.
• If FTAC is not received within two-three minutes, please call Maybank Customer Service at 632 85883888 or PLDT Toll Free at 1800 10 5883888.
• If you did not receive or accidentally deleted your FTAC, please call Maybank Customer Service at 632 85883888 or PLDT Toll Free at 1800 10 5883888

Credit Card Account Registration

1. Visit www.maybank.com.ph and click the LOGIN button at the upper right portion of the screen.
2. Go to First Time Login
3. Choose “Credit Card” if you have your credit card details. 
4. Read the Terms and Conditions, then accept.
5. Key in your Credit Card Number and pre-registered mobile number.
6. Key in the FTAC which you’ll receive from the pre-registered mobile number.
7. Type-in your preferred username and password, and then Continue
8. Username
   • 6-16 characters
   • Only Alphanumeric and underscore characters are allowed
   • Example: juanreyes or juan_reyes
9. Password should have
   • 8-12 characters
   • At least 1 Capital or small letter
   • Number
   • Special character (e.g. @, _, #)
   • Example: Ju@nreyes or Juanreyes#1
