Promo is open to all Maybank depositors who completely enrol in M2U internet banking until December 31, 2014.
    How Does it work?
    • Maybank Philippines Incorporated's ("Maybank") promo "Enroll to M2U" ("Promo") will run from July 21, 2014 to December 31, 2014. ("Promotion Period")
    • Promo is open to all new Maybank depositors (referred to as "M2U User") who completely enroll in Maybank internet banking (https://www.maybank2u.com.ph)  during the Promotion Period. The M2U User earns one (1) electronic raffle entry upon his/her first log-in to his/her M2U account.
    • The following are the raffle dates and the corresponding prizes (list of prizes and draw dates):

    • All qualified M2U users will be electronically generated by Maybank prior to the raffle.
    • M2U User may choose which raffle date he/she wants to join. Qualified M2U users may only win once. Electronic raffle draws will be held at the Maybank Corporate Center, 7th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City ("MPI Corporate Center").
    • Prizes cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
    • There will only be one winner per raffle draw. All non-winning entries shall not be included in the subsequent raffle draws.
    • Winners should have an active account status at time of the raffle.
    • Winners will be validated against Maybank and M2U's record. If a drawn entry was deemed not qualified, another winner will be drawn.
    • Winners shall be notified via their registered M2U mobile number and registered mail based on the M2U user's contact details in Maybank's records.
    • Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of Maybank's notification. Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited and retained by Maybank with prior DTI approval.
    • Winners must present the following when claiming their prize: (a)Valid ID (e.g any government issued ID or company ID); and (b)Notification letter from Maybank (received via registered mail).
    • An authorized representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided s/he presents the following: (a) Representative's valid ID; (b) Winner's valid ID; (c) Winner's notification letter from Maybank; and (d) Signed authorization letter.
    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Maybank, its officers, employees and agents, free and harmless from any liability, loss or damage caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize/s. No representation or warranty of any kind is given by Maybank as to the prize/s and any component thereof and all liability of any kind whatsoever is excluded to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.
    • Winners authorize Maybank to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by Maybank to any person/s and in any mode or manner as may deem appropriate.
    • MPI's decision, in concurrence with the DTI's rules and regulations, regarding the Promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    • Terms and conditions of this Promo are subject to all the relevant laws, government directions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
