• RSME Loan Rebate Year 2 ("Promo") will run from August 1 to December 31, 2017.
• The promo is open to all Maybank Philippines Inc.'s clients who will apply for RSME Loan during the promo period.
• RSME Loan borrowers will enjoy 50% rebate on their appraisal fees or Php 20,000, whichever is lower.
• To be eligible for the promo, borrower has been approved with RSME Loan during the promo period.
• Provision of promo will be on a reimbursement basis. This means that the borrower shall first pay the full amount of the appraisal fee upon application for RSME Loan. Upon loan approval, Maybank shall credit to the borrower's Maybank account the 50% rebate on his/her appraisal fee.
