Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Responsible for conducting necessary documentation of requirements, reports, and all records essential to the loan account’s approval
  • Provides assistance to home loan clients
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year business-related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in marketing and handling housing loans

Institutional Sales Head

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Oversees the distribution of Global Markets (GM) products to institutional accounts, specifically savings and rural banks, investment houses, trust departments, foundations, insurance companies, government owned and controlled corporations (GOCC) and to its subsidiaries or affiliates
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year Marketing or Business-related course
  • With at least 5-year experience in the field of Global Markets Sales or dealership
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Must be customer-oriented
  • Must be a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Licensed Fixed Income Salesman, and a Banker’s Association of the Philippines-ADMU Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange Certified Treasury Professional
  • Must be able to communicate complex transactions with excellent presentation and problem solving skills
Legal Officer - Litigation

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Effectively handles cases assigned to him/her for handling in-house, accurately monitors and coordinates the development of outsourced cases with retained counsel, and submits correct and accurate reports to management about these cases
  • Must be a Law degree-holder and a Bar examination passer
  • With at least 3-year experience in litigation and documentation with a law firm or a related institution
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be analytical, results-oriented, highly-organized, efficient, hardworking, and responsible
  • Must be an excellent team player
  • Must have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Must be capable of working with minimum supervision

Audit Officer

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Implements the approved Annual Audit Plan designed to evaluate and enhance the risk management, control, and governance processes, in order to assist the Management achieve its corporate goals
  • Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any Business-related course
  • Preferably with an MBA degree of Certification – CPA/CIA/CFSA
  • Must have at least 4-year audit and banking experience and at least 2-year supervisory level in Internal Audit
  • Must be knowledgeable in branch and head office audits
  • Must be well-versed in BSP and other government and legal agency rules and regulations
  • Must have strong leadership qualities and analytical and decision-making skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Authorizations Officer

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Provides authorization services to local and international merchants & acquirers in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to authorization policies and procedures; checks suspicious transactions to prevent or minimize losses due to fraudulent activities
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • With at least 3-year experience in the Cards business
  • Must possess basic knowledge on banking practices, policies, and relevant regulatory concerns
  • Must have a high level awareness regarding applications of fraud and its different modus operandi
  • Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule and beyond normal working hours
Property Administration Head

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Tasked with the over-all supervision of the operation of Property Administration and Purchasing; ensures the effective delivery of services and on time responses to concerns on maintenance and special projects services.
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to Engineering or Architecture
  • With at least 5 years of experience in construction or property management, two of which is in managerial capacity
  • Must possess excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be computer literate

Merchant Acquiring Officer

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Responsible for acquiring and managing merchant accounts
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year business-related course; an MBA is an advantage
  • With at least 2 years of experience in the Cards business, preferably in Acquiring
  • Must have a strong understanding of unsecured lending drivers, products, and functions
  • Must be familiar with specific merchant acquiring technical knowledge
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Filipino and English
  • Must possess the ability to propose, negotiate, and close deals in attracting new merchants or expanding existing relationships
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be willing to do field work
  • Must be amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City
