Program Mechanics:
- The Maybank Credit Card – Sodexo Mobile Pass e-Gift Certificate (eGC) Instant Redemption Promo ("Promotion") is open to all credit cardholders (collectively, "Cardholders") whose credit cards have been issued by Maybank Philippines, Inc. ("MPI"), active and in good credit standing
- The Promotion shall run from May 1 to June 30, 2019 ("Promo Period")

Registration and Spend Mechanics:
- In order for the Cardholder to receive his/her Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC for redemption, Cardholder may register through any of the following:
- Once a cardholder reaches the following cumulative spend requirement per month for all qualified and posted transactions, SMS will be triggered containing the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code he/she may use for shopping in Sodexo’s top merchant partners nationwide.

- If the Cardholder had valid cumulative transactions prior to registration, Cardholder will receive the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code retroactively. Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC Code will be sent via SMS to the Cardholder on the following dates.

- Purchases made by the primary cardholder and all its supplementary shall be consolidated to qualify for the promo. If the supplementary cardholder performs valid cumulative transactions, the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code will be received by the primary cardholder.
Redemption Mechanics:
- Cardholder is entitled to one (1) Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC per month or a maximum of two (2) Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC for the entire promo period.
- Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC Code will be sent one week from the end of each month.
- Cardholder must use the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC Code in shopping at Sodexo Mobile Pass’s top partner merchants within two years. Redemptions without the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC Code will not be honored.
- To redeem, Cardholder must present the SMS containing the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC 10-digit code prior to payment of the items.
- Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code can only be used once.
- Value of Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code is valid until fully consumed from the date the code was sent to the Cardholder.
- In the event the Cardholder redeems a Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC earned from a fraudulent or disputed transaction, Maybank Credit Card shall debit from his/her credit card account the equivalent unit price of the eGC redeemed.
- In case of reported accidental loss or deletion of Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC codes proven to be unredeemed from time of assignment to the Cardholder, Maybank Credit Card has the sole discretion to provide the same Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC code to the Cardholder.
- All purchases in excess of the Sodexo Mobile Pass eGC amount shall be charged to the Cardholder using his/her Maybank Credit Card.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Maybank Philippines, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
- Maybank Philippines, Inc. is authorized to give necessary information to its third party contractor or agent to perform or complete the redemption process.
- Cardholder shall be bound by the terms and conditions of Sodexo Mobile Pass on the use of its eGC.
