• The Promotion shall run from October 19, 2015 to December 19, 2015
• The Promotion is open to all Maybank credit cardholders in the Philippines both Primary and Supplementary ("Cardholder") from GMA Area which includes Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Pampanga and Bulacan
• Cardholders may earn the following electronic raffle entries through the following:

Minimum of Php 500 in a single transaction	1 Raffle Entry
Change printed SOA (Statement of Account) to eSOA for Maybank Credit Card bills	2 Raffle Entries
Register Maybank Credit Card number to Maybank2u	3 Raffle Entries

• Single transactions minimum of Php 500 from October 19, 2015 12:00 AM to December 19, 2015 11:59 PM will be counted.
• Cardholder will only earn one (1) raffle entry regardless if the amount of the single transaction is more than Php 500
• Cardholder cannot revert back to printed SOA within 12 months with the exception of technical problems caused by the shift from receiving the SOA via courier to receiving to SOA via email
• The winners will be chosen via an electronic raffle, there will be a total of 52 winners of tickets for the Disney On Ice Magic Ice Festival at the Araneta Coliseum with show dates from December 25, 2015 to December 26, 2015.

  10 Winners	2 Patron Regular Tickets Each
  40 Winners	2 Premium Box Tickets Each

• Cardholder can only win once. In the event that a Cardholder wins tickets from different price point, the tickets with the higher price point will be awarded to the Cardholder
• The prize cannot be converted to cash, gift certificates, items or any other form.
• Raffle draw will be on December 21, 2015 at 5:00 PM at the Maybank Corporate Centre 7th Avenue corner 28th Street Bonifacio High Street Central Taguig under the supervision of a DTI Representative.
• The following transactions shall be excluded from the Promo:
  • Fees and Charges
  • Cash Advances
  • Casino Transactions
  • Disputed/Fraudulent Transactions
  • Installment Plans (EzyTransfer, EzyPay, EzyConvert, EzyCash)
• Winners will be notified through registered mail.
• A Maybank representative will call the winners to explain how to claim tickets.
• Tickets are considered forfeited if the tickets are not claimed beyond the specified show date and time.
• In cases of dispute with respect to the Cardholder's eligibility, the Promo mechanics, or other applicable rules and regulations, the decision of Maybank in concurrence with DTI's rules and regulations, shall be final and binding on all participants.
• Employees of Maybank Philippines Inc. and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from winning the promotion
