Maybank

• The Maybank Credit Card Supplementary Credit Card Acquisition Promotion ("Promo") shall run from May 16, 2016 to June 17, 2016 ("Promo Period").
• The Promo is open to Primary Cardholders ("Cardholder") applying for a new Supplementary Maybank Platinum Credit Card / Gold Credit Card or Manchester United Credit Card ("Supplementary Card") within the Promo Period that are subsequently approved, have no cancelled supplementary credit card during the Promo Period and are not upgraded / converted / replacement supplementary cards.
• Under this Promo, the Cardholder is entitled to a one-time redemption of a PHP500 Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Gift Certificate ("GC") upon activation and use of the new Supplementary Card from May 16, 2016 to August 16, 2016 ("Spend Period").There is no minimum purchase amount requirement.
• Redemption of the GC is from June 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016 ("Redemption Period").
• Once activated and purchase of any amount is made on the Supplementary Card, the Cardholder must call Maybank Customer Service to request the redemption of the GC
• Upon validation of the requirements stated above, the Customer Service Representative shall ask for the Cardholder's preferred Maybank branch from which Cardholder will pick up the GC, and preferred pick-up date. Preferred pick-up date should be at least five (5) banking days after the day of request.
• The GC must be claimed by the Primary Cardholder. If he will not be able to receive the GC in person, he may appoint an authorized representative who must present an authorization letter and valid government-issued photo-bearing ID.
• The amount of PHP500 shall be charged to the Cardholder's credit card for a redemption which is later found to be invalid or if the Cardholder did not adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the Promo.
• Once the GCs are claimed, lost or stolen GCs will not be replaced.
• The Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her Maybank Credit Card Account and/or Supplementary Credit Card Account becomes delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated within the Promo Period.
• The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions of Maybank Credit Cards.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Maybank Philippines, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
