1. The promo covers all Maybank Credit Card applications received with complete requirements within the promo period.

   • Maybank Gold Mastercard/Visa
   • Maybank Platinum Mastercard/Visa
   • Maybank Visa Infinite Card
2. Approved Maybank Credit Cardholders can enjoy the following:
   • Free Annual Fee for Life; and
   • Up to Php15,000 cash credit with minimum retail spend of Php30,000 within 90 days from card approval

3. The following conditions must be met to qualify for the cashback:
   • Met the spend requirement as described per card type (single or accumulated straight retail and installment transactions) within 90 calendar days from approval date.
   • Maybank Credit Card is active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting of the cashback.
4. The promo is for newly approved Principal cardholders and it covers all applications for a Maybank Credit Card received with complete requirements within the promo period.  Date of the credit card application will start only after all necessary requirements and documents are submitted.
5. All credit card applications are subject to standard Bank evaluation.
6. The processing of the cash credit will start a month after the promo period has ended and will be applied to the principal card account.
7. Maybank Credit Card should be active and in good credit standing at the time of card anniversary.
8. The card should remain active for at least 24 months (2 years) to avail of this promo.  Should the cardholder decides to cancel the card within 24 months, the cashback will be charged to the principal cardholder.
9. The promo is not convertible to cash or any other form.
10. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing credit card application promotions of Maybank Philippines, Inc.
11. Maybank Philippines Inc. (MPI) employees are not eligible to join this Acquisition Promo.
