Effective September 1, 2019, retail interest and cash interest rate per month shall be as follows:

Retail Interest 3% per month
Cash Interest 3% per month imposed on the cash advance amount which will accrue from the date of availment until full settlement. Also applicable to casino and gaming transactions.
Cash Advance Fixed Fee 3% of cash advance amount or Php500 whichever is higher. Also applicable to casino and gaming transactions.
Late Charges Php700 or unpaid minimum amount due, whichever is higher
Overlimit Fee Php500 if total outstanding balance exceeds approved credit limit on cut-off date
Cancellation Processing Fee 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500 whichever is higher. Applicable to EzyPay, EzyCash, EzyTransfer and other EzyPlan transactions.
Card Replacement Fee Php400 for each card
Over Payment Refund Fee Php200 for each refund request
Returned Check Fee Php500 for each returned check on top of the standard bank charges on returned checks
EzyCash Processing Fee Php100 plus actual bank charges for deposit of EzyCash manager’s check to cardholder’s depository bank, if any
Certification Fee Php300 per request of certification of full payment or good credit standing
SOA Print Fee Php50 per request
Sales Slip Retrieval Fee Php250 per sales slip retrieved upon request of the cardholder for whatever reason. The same amount will be charged to the cardholder for each sales slip retrieved by the bank arising from an invalid dispute
Issuer's Service Fee On Foreign Currency Transactions 1% of Mastercard and Visa foreign exchange rate at the time the transaction is posted plus Maybank foreign conversion fee of 0.75% of the converted amount
Account Maintenance Fee In case of cancellation of account and an overpayment is unclaimed for more than one (1) month from the date of cancellation, a monthly fee of Php200.00 will be charged on the account until balance is zeroed out
