Issuer Service Fee (ISF) on Foreign Currency Transaction

2% of the converted amount using the foreign exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard plus 1% of the assessment fee of Visa/Mastercard

1.50% of the converted amount using the foreign exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard plus 1% of the assessment fee of Visa/Mastercard

0.80% of the converted amount using the foreign exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard plus 1% of the assessment fee of Visa/Mastercard

0.75% of the converted amount using the foreign exchange rate of Visa plus 1% of the assessment fee of Visa

Description

Cash Advance Fixed Fee

Php200 per transaction

Late Payment Fee

Php850 or unpaid minimum amount due, whichever is lower

Overlimit Fee

Php750 if total outstanding balance exceeds approved credit limit on statement date

Cancellation Processing Fee

5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500 whichever is higher. Applicable to EzyPay, EzyCash, EzyTransfer and other EzyPlan transactions.

Card Replacement Fee

Php400 for each card

Overpayment Refund Fee

Php200 for each refund request

Returned Check Fee

Php1,250 for each returned check plus the standard bank charges on returned checks

EzyCash Processing Fee

Php100 plus actual bank charges for deposit of EzyCash manager’s check to cardholder’s depository bank, if any

Certification Fee

Php300 per request of certification of full payment or good credit standing

SOA Print Fee

Php300 per request

Sales Slip Retrieval Fee

Php300 per sales slip retrieved for local transactions and Php500 per sales slip for international transactions upon request of the cardholder

Account Maintenance Fee

In case of cancellation of account and an overpayment is unclaimed for more than one (1) month from the date of cancellation, a monthly fee of Php200 will be charged on the account until balance is zeroed out
