They will be automatically registered for the draw and will be informed through SMS. All iSave Accounts will continue to earn raffle entries until the end of the promo.

- The promo is an exclusive offer to Maybank Philippines, Inc.’s (MPI) new and existing iSave account holders. iSave account holders must have finished the “Know Your Client” process either through the branch or through a video call initiated by the bank.
- MPI’s Marketing department shall automatically assign a raffle code to qualified iSave account holders prior to the draw. To know the assigned raffle code, iSave account holder can call the Marketing Dept at (02)739-1642 or email rpescribir@maybank.com.
- Selection of winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted on the dates below through www.random.org at Maybank Corporate Centre, in the presence of a DTI representative. There will be three preliminary draws and one grand draw. Three winners will win in each preliminary draw.

- For Preliminary draws:
- In the case a client gets drawn more than once, client will receive the bigger prize and forfeits the other. Client can qualify in all preliminary draws.
- Winning client must inform MPI of his choice of store for the shopping spree fourteen (14) days before the activity.
- For the Grand draw:
- The client will shoulder the amount in excess of the trip package provided in this promotion.
- VISA, documentary requirements, and the expenses that will be incurred in processing such shall be shouldered by the client.
- Winning client must inform MPI of his choice of destination at least ninety (90) days prior to travel period.
- Trip package is convertible to cash and only in case of non-availability of visa.
- In case on non-availability of visa for the chosen destination, winner to show proof of visa disapproval to MPI. After which, Bank to process cash value as declared with DTI, within 15 banking days and proceeds to be credited to the iSave account.
- If the customer terminates their account prior to the raffle draw, all raffle entries shall be forfeited.
- Prizes are non-transferrable.
- The corresponding prize taxes will be paid by MPI where applicable.
- The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email and through a Phone call. List of winners will also be announced via Maybank website (www.maybank.com.ph) and Maybank PH FB Page (www.facebook.com/MaybankPhilippines) upon the discretion of the client.
- To claim the prize, winners must present the registered mail and email notification with a valid photo-bearing ID.
- Winners must claim their prizes sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail, email notification and phone call or prizes shall be forfeited in favor of MPI with prior approval of DTI.
- MPI’s Marketing department will manage the handling and turnover of prizes to the winners.
- All employees of MPI, advertising agency, and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Winners to allow MPI to document, via photos and video, the actual shopping spree and trip activities, and the same will be used in publicity for this promo in any mode or manner as may be deemed appropriate.
- MPI’s decision, in concurrence with DTI regarding the promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
- Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.

**Month-do-date average daily balance (MTD ADB) is the amount used by banks to compute interest on deposit balances.
