Starting January 4, 2020, Maybank Philippines, Inc. will have a new Deposit Contract for our new and existing accountholders. The changes in the terms and conditions for the Deposit Contract are as follows:

  1. Inclusion of the regulatory provisions on the Data Privacy Act and Consumer Protection and updating of the provision on PDIC,
  2. Changes in the operational policies and procedures of the deposit accounts
    1. Accountholder shall abide by the rules of the regulators, and supplementary agreements, if any,
    2. Accountholder shall follow the Bank’s policies and procedures on the following:
      1. Interest accrual and crediting and service charges,
      2. Recordkeeping, and check processing, and Processing of Time Deposit accounts.
