Maybank Premier Airport Lounge Access via DragonPass

Starting June 30, 2018, all Maybank Premier Members’ airport lounge access requests will be provided by DragonPass via digital single lounge access pass. With this, please be informed of the new policy.

  • All Maybank Premier Members are eligible to a maximum of two (2) single lounge access passes per calendar year. For the rest of 2018, each Maybank Premier member will be entitled to two (2) single lounge access passes until December 31, 2018, regardless of lounge access requests early this year.
  • Lounge access requests shall be sent to your respective Maybank Premier Relationship Manager via email or SMS, at least 2 calendar days before date of usage.
  • Lounge access shall be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS, with a link which will lead you to generate the digital DragonPass single lounge pass. Present it together with your boarding pass at the lounge for verification. Only registered guests with names matching their boarding passes and/or passports will be allowed entry into the lounge.
  • Unavailed allocation/ unused lounge access passes shall not be carried over to the succeeding year.

Further developments on Maybank Premier’s lifestyle program shall be communicated via SMS, email, and this website.

  • What is Maybank Premier Airport Lounge Access?
    It is an exclusive access for Maybank Premier Members to use airport lounges in domestic and international terminals via the DragonPass single lounge pass.
  • What is DragonPass?
    DragonPass is a one-stop premium airport service provider which allows Maybank Premier Members access to over 1,000 airport lounges worldwide via a digital DragonPass single lounge pass.
  • What is the process for requesting an Airport Lounge access?
    Contact your Maybank Premier Relationship Manager via SMS or email at least 2 calendar days before your date of usage. Upon acknowledgment of your request, you will receive an SMS via your registered mobile number containing a link to generate the digital DragonPass single lounge pass. Access the link to see your unique QR Code, which you will need to present together with your boarding pass at the lounge for verification.
  • What is a digital DragonPass single lounge pass?
    It is a QR Code (Quick Response Code) used by our service provider DragonPass to verify Maybank Premier Members for lounge access. It is accessible via a link from an SMS, which is sent to your registered mobile number upon requesting lounge access from your Maybank Premier Relationship Manager. Simply click the link to generate the QR Code.
  • Are we still allowed access to Miascor, Skyview, and Plaza Premium Lounges?
    Yes, but starting June 30, 2018, you will only be able to access the said lounges via the digital DragonPass single lounge pass and your boarding pass. With your Maybank Premier Membership, you can still continue to access Miascor, Skyview, and Plaza Premium Lounges, with 2 complimentary visits every year.
  • How is this different from the former Airport Lounge Access?
    With the new program with DragonPass, you can now access both domestic and international participating DragonPass lounges when you present your DragonPass single lounge access and boarding pass.
  • How many FREE lounge visits can I enjoy?
    Maybank Premier Members are eligible to two (2) lounge access per year.
  • Can I bring my travel companion?
    Yes. Subject to the number of free usage.
  • How do I access the airport lounge?
    Starting June 30, 2018, you need to present your DragonPass single lounge pass (accessible via link on SMS) and boarding pass at the participating lounge.
  • I’ve consumed all my complimentary visits. Can I still access the lounges?
    Yes, but the arrangement should be made by the client with DragonPass directly.
