Please be advised that with the recent Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) enactment there will be increase in the rates for banking transactions effective January 1, 2018.

These increased rates are as follows:

• Final withholding tax on interest from Foreign-Currency Deposit Units (FCDU) from 7.5% to 15%
• Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) by 50% to 100% over existing rates, depending on the nature of transaction being subjected to DST. For loans, new DST rate apply upon execution of the transaction.

 There will also be an increase in the cost of Checkbook effective February 12, 2018

Cost for Checkbook are as follows:

• Php 250.00 Personal Checkbook
• Php 500.00 Commercial Checkbook
