Important Notice: ATM Security Advisory

Notice to all ATM users:

Recently, there have been reported cases of "card skimming" devices retrieved from several ATMs in various areas in the Philippines.

Here are the effective ways to protect your account.

  • NEVER SURRENDER your card to anyone.
  • NEVER SHARE your card account number and PIN. Maybank will never call or email to get this information from you.
  • Before using an ATM, PLEASE BE EXTRA OBSERVANT and ensure that no unidentified foreign objects are installed. Avoid ATMs in poorly lit and secluded areas.
  • Use UNIQUE PINs and passwords for each account.
  • ALWAYS CHECK the sender ID of promo and advisory text messages. Our SMS always have the sender ID MAYBANK.
  • Regularly CHECK YOUR BALANCE and immediately report any discrepancies to our Customer Service Hotline at 588-3888.
