Be more confident with your online transactions

Dear Valued M2U Users,

Effective April 1, please expect changes on our SMS sending. Sender of M2U SMS will now be Maybank instead of unknown mobile number. This aims to add more confidence to your online banking transactions.

Please expect SMS for the following M2U activities:

  • First Time Activation Code (FTAC) Enrolment for both Deposit and Credit Card
  • Transaction Authorization Code (TAC) for financial transactions like Bills Payment, Funds Transfer, Prepaid Top Up and Forex Converter
  • TAC for non-financial transactions such as linking of new accounts, adding of third party and favorite bills payment/top up merchants
  • Reset Password Code
  • SMS acknowledgement/ notification for financial transactions
  • M2U promotion, reminders and updates.
