5. Offer is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions.
6. Cardholder must use his/her Maybank Credit Card to avail of the promo.
7. Discount is not valid during holidays.
8. Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, privileges, and other discounts of Stoned Steaks.
9. Offer is not transferrable and not convertible to cash or gift certificate.

11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
12. In case of dispute related to the promo, Maybank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
