    1. For M2U Bills Payment, splitting of transactions are not allowed within the Promo Period per biller.
    2. For iSave Deposit Transactions, customers are only allowed a maximum of three qualified deposit transactions per day. Deposited amount must be maintained until the final draw date to qualify.
    3. Customers with only the following types of accounts are not eligible to join the Promo:

    How to claim the Prizes?

    1. Selection of raffle winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted on the specified dates below through www.random.org at Maybank Corporate Centre, in the presence of a DTI representative.

    1. The winners will be notified via phone call/SMS, e-mail, and/or registered mail sent to his or her residence address. Instructions will be sent regarding the claiming of the prize at any Maybank branch nominated by the customer.
    1. To claim the prize, winners must present the SMS or e-mail notification received from Maybank with a valid photo-bearing government ID.
    2. Client’s account should be active upon claiming of prizes.
    3. A client can only win one (1) prize.
    4. Prizes are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.
    5. The corresponding prize taxes will be paid by Maybank Philippines Inc. (MPI), where applicable.
    6. List of winners will be posted on the MPI website (www.maybank.com.ph) after ten (10) banking days from draw date. 
    7. By participating in this Promo, winners to allow MPI to document via photos the handing of prizes. Thereafter, these photos may be used by MPI for communications, in any form or manner, related to the Promo. Unless MPI is advised in writing by the winner, s/he agrees and consents to posting of his or her name on the MPI Website as winner of the Promo.
    8. Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favour of MPI.
    9. MPI’s decision in concurrence with DTI regarding the promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    10. Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
