    M2U Gadget APPgrade Raffle Promo Mechanics:
    1. Promo will run from October 15, 2019 to January 15, 2020.
    2. The promo is open to all Maybank active individual peso current and savings accounts, payroll accounts, credit card accounts, and any individual who successfully opened an iSave account within the promo period.

          (The ff. accounts are not eligible to join the promo: Corporate accounts, Cash Card, Yippie/IM Teen accounts, PVAO Pension accounts, SSS Pension Account, US Veteran Pension Account, US Dollar Accounts)

    3. To be eligible for the promo, a client has to successfully perform any of the following transactions during the promo period:


    4. For every qualified transaction, client will receive an SMS containing the number of raffle entry/ies earned.
    5. Non-winning entries from the beginning of the promo will be carried over to the succeeding raffle draw provided that:


      1. Client has successful login from October 15, 2019 to January 15, 2020, if raffle entry is earned through M2U activation or M2U login.
      2. Client maintained the money deposited to his/her iSave account.
      3. Client is not a winner of any of the major prizes in the first draw.
    6. Selection of winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted on the dates below through www.random.org at Maybank Corporate Centre, in the presence of a DTI representative.
    7. All winners will be contacted by Maybank Officer. Client will be instructed to claim the prize in any Maybank branch near his/her proximity or area and date when prizes can be claimed.
    8. Client’s account should be active upon claiming of prizes.
    9. One client can only win one (1) of any of the grand or major prizes. In case client is drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value.
    10. Prizes are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.
    11. The corresponding prize taxes will be paid by MPI where applicable.
    12. The winners will be notified via SMS, registered mail and through a phone call. List of winners will be posted at Maybank Philippines Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MaybankPhilippines and Maybank Philippines website (www.maybank.com.ph) within two (2) weeks from draw date.
    13. To claim the prize, winners must present the registered mail received with a valid photo-bearing government ID.
    14. Winners must claim their prizes sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail or prizes shall be forfeited in favour of MPI with prior approval of DTI.
    15. MPI Officer will manage the handling and turnover of prizes to the winners.
    16. Winners to allow MPI to document, via photos and video, the handling of prizes and the same will be used in publicity for this promo in any mode or manner as may be deemed appropriate.
    17. MPI’s decision in concurrence with DTI regarding the promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    18. Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
    19. All MPI employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
