Promo period is from July 15 to October 15, 2022.  

Mechanics:

1. The promo covers all new and existing Maybank Visa Infinite, Platinum Visa, Gold Visa, and Classic Visa Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo period is from July 15 to October 15, 2022.  
3. Cardholders will get a chance earn raffle entries and win FIFA 2022 items:

1. Earn 1x Raffle Entry for every single-receipt spend of Php5,000
2. Earn 5x Raffle Entry for every Php10,000 single-receipt EzyPay transactions

Number of raffle entries to be awarded will be computed in multiples of Php5,000 and Php10,000. Any excess will not carry over to the next transaction.

Raffle Draw and Prize:

1. 1. Raffle numbers will be electronically generated via Google random generator.
   2. Raffle entries awarded to transactions which are subsequently filed under dispute or are reversed shall be deemed disqualified.
   3. The raffle draw will be held on October 28, 2022 at Maybank Philippines, Inc. (MPI) Corporate Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
   4. The winners will be notified via phone call/SMS, e-mail, and/or registered mail sent to his/her billing address.
   5. To claim, winners should submit the required documents via e-mail:

1. Copy of the Winner Notification SMS/Viber or E-mail/Letter sent by Maybank PH
2. Two (2) valid IDs (i.e. Driver’s License, SSS, TIN, Passport, or any government ID)

2. 1. The Maybank Credit Card account of the winning Cardholders must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw and awarding of prize, otherwise, he/she will be disqualified.
   2. The winner will be given 20 days from receipt of the registered mail to redeem the prize. Failure to redeem within the specified period will mean forfeiture of the right to claim, with prior approval from DTI.
   3. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.

6. 1. Transactions including EzyCash, EzyConvert, EzyTransfer, e-wallet loading, interest fees, tagged as fraud, rewards redemptions, processing fees, cash credits, casino & gambling, quasi-cash, and similar transactions are excluded from this promotion.
   2. All qualified transactions of the Supplementary cardholders with earned raffle entries will be credited to the Principal cardholder’s credit card account.
   3. All employees of MPI and its subsidiaries and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Raffle.
   4. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other Maybank Credit Card offers.
   5. In case of dispute, Maybank’s decision will be deemed final and non-negotiable, in concurrence with DT
