    1. EzyTransfer monthly Add-On rate offer of 0.95% for 3 and 6 months term and 0.88% for 12, 18, and 24 months term are valid from October 25, 2022 to December 31, 2022.  
    2. EzyTransfer Promo is open to select active Principal Maybank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) with a minimum outstanding balance of Php5,000.00 (per card) from their other non-Maybank Credit Cards issued by a major card issuer and/or bank in the Philippines (maximum of 3) and in good credit standing.
    3. Cardholder may request for EzyTransfer via Maybank Customer Service Hotline: (02) 8588 – 3888 or PLDT Domestic Toll Free at 1-800-10-588-3888.

     

    Processing time is 10 to 15 banking days.

     

    1. The following details will be provided by Cardholder to process the request:
      • Maybank Credit Card number
      • Maybank Credit Card expiry date
      • EzyTransfer Amount to be availed
      • EzyTransfer term (3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months)
      • Credit cards of other issuing banks and their balances for EzyTransfer

    The monthly amortization is computed by multiplying the Total EzyTransfer Amount with the chosen payment term’s factor rate:

     

    Fixed Monthly Amortization = Total EzyTransfer Amount x Factor Rate of EzyTransfer Term

    = Php 50,000.00

    EzyTransfer Term

    = 18 months

    Factor Rate

    = 0.064355556

    Fixed Monthly Amortization (Php 50,000.00 x 0.064355556)

    = Php 3,217.78

     

    1. EzyTransfer request is still subject for verification of Maybank Philippines, Inc. ("MPI").
    2. Upon verification, MPI has sole discretion whether to approve or disapprove the EzyTransfer request.
    3. The approved Total EzyTransfer Amount must not exceed the 80% of Cardholder's Maybank Available Credit Limit and the Total Amount Due from the Cardholder's other credit card/s.
    4. MPI also has the discretion to approve an EzyTransfer request but with an amount less than the Total EzyTransfer Amount the Cardholder originally requested.
    5. Check is payable under the name of the issuing bank and check will be directly deposited to the issuing bank's payment center.
    6. Cardholder must continue to pay the Minimum Payment Due required by other issuing bank.
    7. MPI shall not be held liable in the event of delay of payment or rejection/non-acceptance of payment to other issuing bank.
    8. First month amortization of EzyTransfer will be automatically posted to cardholder's Statement of Account upon Statement Date.
    9. EzyTransfer requests will not earn TreatsPoints (loyalty points) regardless of amount unless a promotional offer involving EzyTransfer offering TreatsPoints is ongoing.
    10. In case of pre-termination or cancellation of EzyTransfer, the Cardholder must take note of the Cancellation Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the unbilled principal component of the Total Amount Payable or Php500.00, whichever is higher, plus a one (1) month add-on interest that will be added up to the Principal Amount. The cancellation processing fee together with the Total Amount Payable will be posted back in the upcoming Statement of Account as a regular transaction.
    11. Cardholder has a cooling-off period of two (2) banking days from date of approval to carefully review the terms and conditions. Should the cardholder wish to cancel the EzyTransfer request within this period, s/he may notify MPI by calling Maybank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8588-3888. Otherwise, MPI shall deem the request as final and pre-termination fees will be applied for any cancellation request beyond the cooling-off period.
    12. The monthly amortization shall be posted as a regular transaction on Cardholder's Statement of Account and shall form a part of the Total Outstanding Balance. Should the cardholder choose to pay only a portion or the minimum amount due, the monthly amortizations are subject to the regular finance charges.
    13. In the event that the Maybank Credit Card account is 60 days or more past due, the EzyTransfer installment plan will be cancelled, and any remaining unpaid balance will be billed to the Maybank Credit Card account in full as a regular retail transaction and will be subject to the standard monthly finance charge of Two percent (2%) per month.
