Terms and Conditions:

1. Promo is open to active Maybank Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) issued in the Asia Pacific and in good credit standing*.
2. Cardholders can redeem either of the following rewards:

• A complimentary Passport Holder Bag when you spend a minimum of THB 10,000 or
• A 1-day pass for VIP Siam Lounge Access when you spend a minimum of THB 20,000

3. The promotion and redemption is valid until December 31, 2024.
4. To redeem your complimentary Passport Holder Bag or VIP Lounge Access, please follow these steps:

1. Gather Required Materials:

1. • Your Mastercard sales slips - Cardholders must present receipts with a total value exceeding THB 10,000 or THB 20,000 to receive the gift or privilege at the Information Center Counter of Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok.
   • A copy of your international passport or ID card - A copy of the cardholder's international passport or ID card is required for verification upon redemption.

2. Visit the Information Center: Go to the Information Center Counter at Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok.
3. Present Materials: Show your Mastercard sales slips and identification card to the counter staff.
4. Claim Your Reward: 

1. • Once your eligibility is verified, you will receive your item or access.
   • Receipt Date: Receipts must be issued on the same date as the redemption date.

Please note:

• Redemption is only valid until December 31, 2024
• Passport Holder Bag Availability: The Passport Holder Bag is available in limited quantities (100 pieces per month) on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Passport Holder Bag Limit: Cardholders are limited to one redemption of the Passport Holder Bag per customer or cardholder, and day.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
6. The promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
7. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Cards.
