Maybank EzySave+ Save and Win Promo
Promo duration of the Maybank EzySave+ Save & Win Promo! (“Promo”) is from March 01 to March 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”)
ELIGIBILITY
- The Maybank EzySave+ Save & Win Promo is intended to reward selected existing Maybank EzySave+ clients who will meet the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”):
- Customer must have an active Maybank EzySave+ account within the Promo Period.
- Customer must have received a notification invite with promo details via the GCash App.
- Customer must maintain at least Php2,000* in incremental Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) on their Maybank EzySave+ Account.
- The deposit must be from an inward transfer via Instapay, Pesonet, inward remittance, or GCash.
For this promo, Average Daily Balance (ADB) will be defined as the total of your daily balance, divided by the Qualifying Period (i.e. 31 days)

REWARDS AND CONDITIONS
- There will be one (1) grand prize winner and three (3) consolation prize:

- Each customer will automatically be awarded one (1) raffle entry ticket, even if their incremental ADB is higher than Php2,000.
- Selection of raffle winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted through www.random.org in the presence of a DTI representative.
- A customer may only win once in the raffle draws within the Promo Period. If the winner is drawn more than once, he/ she will receive the higher value.
- Prizes are non-transferrable to another person or account.
- The cash prize will be credited to the raffle winner’s active EzySave+ account within ten (10) banking days after the draw date.
- Prizes may be withdrawn over-the-counter via Maybank branches nationwide for a minimal fee of PHP200 per transaction.
- The announcement of winners will be published on Maybank’s official Facebook page within five (5) banking days after the draw date.
- The winner will be notified via SMS from the sender “MaybankPH” to his/her registered mobile number and/or e-mail to his/her registered email address in MPI’s system. Winners shall also receive a registered mail sent to his/her residential address in MPI’s records.
- Redemption of prizes are strictly within 60 calendar days from the date of the send-out of the SMS or e-mail notification to the winners. Prizes not claimed beyond the said period will be forfeited in favor of MPI, with prior approval of DTI.
- The 20% prize tax and all other taxes and expenses incurred in relation to the prize will be shouldered by MPI.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The raffle winner must maintain an active EzySave+ account within the cash credit rewarding period. Otherwise, the cash prize will be forfeited in favor of Maybank with concurrence of DTI.
- MPI employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not qualified to join this Promo.
- The Deposit Contract and the Terms & Conditions governing Maybank EzySave+ are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part thereof.
- Maybank may disqualify any customer that it determines to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Promo Mechanics.
- All questions or disputes regarding the customer’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be reviewed thoroughly and fairly by Maybank with concurrence of DTI. The final resolution shall be communicated to the client within the stipulated timeline.
- Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
- By participating in this Promo, the winners will allow MPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, MPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, MPI website, MPI social media pages, and press releases.
