Offer: Enjoy a complimentary main course with One Dines Free when you use your Maybank Mastercard

Terms and Conditions:

1. Promo is open to active Maybank Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*
2. This offer is valid for Mastercard cardholders issued in Asia Pacific and dining in at participating restaurants.
3. Promo is valid until May 31, 2025.
4. How to Redeem:

• Make a reservation: Book your table through the official One Dines Free webpage at a participating restaurant.
• Wait for confirmation of reservation;
• Present your Mastercard card and reservation confirmation to the staff.
• Order your meal: Select your main courses. Remember, the offer applies to one main course per Mastercard card.
• The complimentary main course will be indicated on your bill.

5. Offer Details:

• Minimum party size: Check individual restaurants for the minimum number of guests per Mastercard card.

• Offer details:

• The offer applies to one (1) à la carte main course per Mastercard card, excluding beverages, taxes, and duties.
• Cardholders and their guests must each order a main course to qualify.
• Mastercard reserves the right to withdraw the offer without notice.
• The least expensive main course will be considered the complimentary item.
• Restaurants can advise on dishes considered "Main Courses" for the offer.

• Reservations:

• Reservations exceeding 7 guests require direct contact with the restaurant (offer not applicable).
• Cardholders can enjoy the offer on multiple visits during the offer period (limited to once per visit).

• Examples for Offer Clarity:

• Example A: 2 diners order 2 main courses; the cardholder pays for 1.
• Example B: 6 diners order 6 main courses; the cardholder pays for 5.
• Example A: Four diners order 3 main courses; no offer applies.
• Example B: Four diners order 4 main courses; the offer applies (cardholder pays for 3).

• Restrictions:

• Offer is valid for dine-in only, not takeaways.
• Offer is not valid on blackout dates (including public holidays and special occasions). Check individual restaurants for specific blackout dates.
• Reservations on blackout dates are not allowed.

6. Mastercard and Dining City cannot guarantee food quality, quantity, or restaurant ambience.
7. We promote offers but do not endorse or recommend restaurants.
8. While we strive for reservation acceptance, we are not responsible for restaurant availability or cancellations.
9. Force Majeure events may excuse restaurants from offering the promotion.
10. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse entry.
11. Confirmation emails/SMS will be sent upon reservation confirmation.
12. The offer is void where prohibited by law.
13. Cardholders are responsible for any taxes or charges.
14. Restaurants may amend menus or offers at their discretion.
15. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
16. Mastercard does not collect personal data from cardholders. Dining City handles all data processing.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
