Terms and Conditions:

1. Promo is open to ALL Maybank Visa and Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active and in good credit standing*.

2. Malaysian-issued Maybank Cards are not eligible.
3. Promotion period: July 18, 2025 until July 17, 2026 - or until the RM40,000 total promo budget is fully used (first-come, first-served basis).
4. The total discount allocation for this promotion is capped at RM40,000 for ticketing transactions made via the KLIA Ekspres station gates or online ticketing through the official KLIA Ekspres website or mobile app. Discounts will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Valid only for Standard KLIA Ekspres Tickets (KL Sentral ↔ KLIA T1/T2).
6. Not valid for KLIA Transit tickets or other Express Rail Link services.
7. Online promo codes must be entered during checkout; no retrospective discounts.

   3. How to Purchase Tickets Online

   Step 1:

   Go to the Train Tickets tab on the KLIA Ekspres website or app and enter the correct Promo Code (MBB20R or MBB20S).

   Step 2:

   Enter your travel details. Ensure the travel dates fall within the promo period.

   Step 3:

   Click Buy Now and verify that the 20% discount has been applied. Proceed to pay using your Eligible Maybank Card.

9. Payments must be completed using a physical Eligible Maybank Card for station gate redemptions. Digital wallets or devices (e.g., Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, smartwatches) are not supported.

10. Discounts include applicable service charges and taxes.
11. Not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers, or loyalty benefits unless otherwise stated.
12. KLIA Ekspres and Maybank are not liable for user error in promo code input or any fare difference that may arise.
13. Maybank is not the provider of KLIA Ekspres services and is not responsible for service quality.
14. Additional terms from KLIA Ekspres may apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
