Promo Mechanics

Offer: Enjoy complimentary one bottle of wine with minimum spend requirement of PHP10,000 at Gallery by Chele.

Terms and Conditions:

1.  Promo is open to active Maybank Visa Infinite Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing
2. Visa cardholders must make prior reservations through Visa Concierge, quoting "Visa Wine Campaign Redemption." Reservations are subject to availability.
3. Complimentary Wine:

• The promotion offers one complimentary bottle of wine at Gallery by Chele.
• The wine must be requested upon reservation, ordering, or before settling the bill.
• A non-alcoholic option is available upon request.

4. A minimum spend of PHP10,000 (before service charge and taxes) is required in a single receipt. Splitting or combining bills is not allowed.
5. The promotion is valid until April 30, 2025.
6. Each cardholder can redeem the promotion only once during the promotional period.
7.  Dine-In Requirements:

• The promotion is valid for dine-in only, with a minimum of two people required.

8. Reservation deposits and cancellation penalties (if applicable) follow the merchant's website policies.
9. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or membership privileges, unless stated otherwise.
10. The promotion is not valid on public holidays in the Philippines or blackout dates determined by the merchant. The merchant reserves the right to impose additional blackout dates without notice.
11. Wine Selection:

• The type of complimentary wine will be determined by the merchant.

12. Once the bill is paid, Visa cardholders cannot dispute it or claim a refund.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
