    1. Promo is open to active Maybank Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

    3. How to Avail Cashback/Promo:
    1. Check the list of participating merchants at https://cashback.maybank.com.ph.
    2. Make a purchase at one of the participating merchants.
    3. During checkout, indicate the last 4 digits of your Maybank card.
    4. Ensure you meet the promo's terms and conditions, such as minimum purchase amount and payment method. 
    1. Please note that all return/refund requests must be made within the Shopee Guarantee period ONLY. The option to request a return/refund will be available within 3 days (or up to 7 days for Shopee Mall products) after the order has been tagged as delivered for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
    2. Bonus cashback will be given to transactions one month after receiving base cashback for transactions paid with GCash. The bonus cashback is an additional 10% of the base cashback received in the previous month.
    3. All payment methods, including COD are permitted.  
    4. Unless stated in this Refunds and Return Policy, Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item and/or refund due to a change of mind.
    5. The Buyer and Seller will discuss and mutually agree on who will bear the logistic cost of returning the Item.
    6. Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
    7. Please be advised that Shopee has a maximum cap of Php 100 cashback per combined transaction.
    8. Transactions with one peso (PHP 1) or lower amounts are not eligible for Cashbacks or Points.
    9. Payment for Utilities like Electricity, Internet, Water, etc. are not eligible for Cashbacks or Points.
    10. Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days

     

    *Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Cards.
