Maybank EzySave+ Daily Cash Credits Promo

Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promo duration of the Maybank EzySave+ Daily Cash Credits Promo (“Promo”) is from September 06 to October 31, 2024 (“Promo Period”)

 

ELIGIBILITY

2. The Maybank EzySave+ Daily Cash Credits Promo is intended to reward New-to-Bank (“NTB”) Maybank EzySave+ clients who will meet the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”):

17. 1. Have opened their Maybank EzySave+ account during the Promo Period
    2. Have no other existing retail Maybank deposit products (e.g. Classic Savings account, etc.) prior the Promo Period
    3. With approved and fully verified* EzySave+ account by both Gcash and Maybank within the Promo Period
    4. Have daily cleared balances of at least PHP7,500 and maximum of PHP3,000,000 within the Promo Period to qualify for the cash credits

3. If the daily cleared balance is below PHP7,500, the account will not be qualified for the cash credits.
4. If the daily cleared balance is above PHP3,000,000, only the PHP3,000,000 balance will qualify for the cash credits. Any balance in excess of PHP3,000,000 will not be qualified for the cash credits.
5. The cash credit value will be based on the previous day’s qualified cleared balance and will be posted daily on the qualified customer’s EzySave+ account.
6. The final cash credit value will be PHP1.00 for every PHP7,500 of the daily cleared balance.  Cash credits will be rounded down to the nearest peso.

REWARDS CREDITING

7. Cash credits will be credited to Eligible customer’s Maybank EzySave+ account daily.
8. The Eligible Customer will receive an SMS notification after the first cash credit has been successfully credited to his or her Maybank EzySave+ account.
9. In the event of account closure on the crediting date, the cash credit will be forfeited.
10. The 2% withholding tax will be shouldered by Maybank Philippines Inc.

 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
12. All Maybank EzySave+ account opening shall be subject to further verification and approval following Maybank’s processes, Product Terms and Conditions, and Deposit Contract.
13. Maybank Philippines may disqualify any customer(s) that it determines to be tampering with the account opening process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Promo Mechanics.
14. In case of dispute in respect to accountholder’s eligibility, Maybank will conduct a thorough and fair investigation. Review and concurrence of DTI will be obtained for the final resolution and disposition of the Bank. The Bank will communicate to the client the final decision within the agreed timelines.
15. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
