Terms and Conditions:
- Promo is open to Maybank Mastercard, Visa, and Islamic Visa Debit and Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) who are active and in good credit standing.
- Promotion is only applicable to booking of merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/maybank
- 7% OFF worldwide bookings is valid for bookings made from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, for stay period from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026.
- Promotion is valid for hotels with "Promo Eligible" banner remarks on the search results only.
- Promotion is not valid for ‘book now pay later’ or ‘book now pay directly at hotel’ bookings.
- Promotion is applicable to hotel room charges only, excluding local taxes, service fees and any other additional charges.
- Change of date is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, the promotion and the discount coupon will has no cash or refund value.
- How to Redeem:
- Access the dedicated landing page: Go to https://www.agoda.com/maybank
- Search for your desired destination and travel dates: Select your preferred hotel and room type.
- Book and Pay: Ensure you pay using your eligible Maybank card.
- Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, loyalty program unless otherwise specified.
- All disputes will go thru a thorough and fair review between Agoda and Maybank. The final resolution will be communicated to the client within the stipulated timeline.
- Maybank is not the supplier of the goods or service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods or service(s) provided by Agoda and its merchant hotel(s).
- The use of the Agoda’s goods or services shall be subject to its terms and conditions and such other conditions that may be imposed by Agoda or the relevant merchant hotel(s) supplying the goods or service(s). Maybank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Agoda or the relevant merchant hotel(s) goods or service(s).
- Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of goods or service(s) provided by Agoda and its relevant merchant hotel(s)
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Cards.
