    Maybank will update the iSave Terms and Conditions, effective 10 June 2025.

     

    Summary of updates:

    • Eligibility and Documentary Requirements 
    • Addition of OFW with permanent Philippine Address and are Filipino Citizens (See Section 2)
    • Removed the requirement for submitting 3 specimen signatures signed on a piece of paper

    Maybank will update the EzySave+ Terms and Conditions, effective 10 June 2025

    Maybank will update the Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, effective 6 February 2024.

     

    Changes to the Maybank Credit Cards Terms and Conditions:

    • Provision numbers 1 and 17 – Notices to cardholder to include e-mail and other messaging platforms
    • Provision numbers 1, 2, 10 and 28 – To include coverage of bank liabilities
    • Provision number 2 – Responsibility of Cardholder – Inclusion of EzyPay in covered transactions
    • Provision numbers 2, 5, 7 and 32 – Inclusion of reference for updated fees and charges
    • Provision number 6 – Expiry, Renewal and Reinstatement of the Card – Manner of termination
    • Provision number 8 – Credit Limit – Clarification on granted credit limit and approved amount
