• Promo Offer: One-year Free gas for availing an approved Maybank Auto Loan with minimum amount of Php 900,000.00.
• Promo Period: The One-year Free Gas Promo will run from January 3, 2017 to March 31, 2017.
• The promo will be open to loan applications received, approved, and subsequently availed within the promo period.
• The winner of the One-year Free Gas Promo will be randomly selected on April 6, 2017, at the Maybank Philippines, Inc. (MPI) Corporate Office, in the presence of a DTI representative, and announced on April 14, 2017 via MPI's external communication channels.
• The winner will be notified via mailing address, email, and mobile number.
• Only one winner will be awarded with the following:
  1. One-year free supply of gas equivalent to Php 3,000.00 per month from Petron
  2. One-time Php 5,000.00 Sodexo gift certificates.
• The winner will be given a Petron e-Fuel Card worth Php 3,000.00 on the date that he/she will claim his prize and Php 5,000.00 worth of Sodexo gift certificates. The card number will be recorded by MPI's Brand Management and Marketing (BMM) Department as future reference for the monthly crediting of Php 3,000.00 load.
• The Php 3,000.00 load will be credited to the customer's Petron e-Fuel Card every 7th of the month.
• MPI's BMM will monitor the customer's payment via monthly report from Maybank Auto Loan Department, to ensure that the customer does not default in his/her payment.
• The promo will be void should the winner default in his payment obligation, 30 days from his due date during the term.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government directions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
• Redemption period shall be until 60 days from end of promo period. If for any reason, the winner does not claim the Prize within the deadline, the Prize will be forfeited with the prior approval of DTI.
• The 20% prize tax will be paid by MPI where applicable.
• If winner is from GMA, he/she may claim his/her prize at: Maybank Corporate Centre, 7th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines. For provincial winner, he/she may claim Prize at the nearest Maybank branch. He/she must present official notification letter, and 2 valid photo IDs.
• All employees of MPI and its subsidiaries and their relatives up to the second consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
