    You can open an EZYFLEX at any Maybank branch in the Philippines.

  • What are the features of EZYFLEX?
    You can avail an ATM/debit card, passbook and checkbook. You will also receive an electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) which will be sent monthly via email.

  • What is the average daily balance to earn interest?
    Maintain at least an average daily balance of Php 50,000 to earn interest.

  • Is it possible to downgrade my EZYFLEX account if I can no longer maintain the ADB requirement and return either the VISA Debit Card, passbook or checkbook that I availed?

    It is not possible to downgrade your EZYFLEX account. Once you have availed the on-demand feature (VISA Debit Card, passbook or checkbook) you are required to maintain the corresponding ADB.
  • What is the required average daily balance (ADB) to earn interest?
    You need to maintain an ADB of at least PhP 50,000 to earn interest

  • Is it ok that I do not avail the on-demand features and continue to enjoy the zero ADB then still get the 0.25% interest if I let my money grow to Php50,000?

    Your ADB requirement remains at zero if you do not avail of the on-demand features and you will be entitled to the 0.25% interest when you reach an ADB of Php50,000.

  • Is there an monthly bank statement for this account?
    Yes, it will be an electronic statement of account (eSOA) sent thru your registered email address.

  • Are there fees/charges involved with EZYFLEX?

  • What is the requirement to open an EZYFLEX?
    You need to provide one (1) valid ID and accomplished application form

  • What is the minimum age to open an EZYFLEX?
    You must be at least 18 years of age to an EZYFLEX.

  • Is EZYFLEX available in M2U mobile app?
    If you do not have M2U app, you need to register and activate their online access via the mobile app

    If you have an existing with M2U access, you can link their EZYFLEX account via Maybank’s Retail Internet Banking

  • What option should the client choose when transaction in an ATM?
    Client should choose current account option when transacting in any ATM.
