Maybank2u eTreats Raffle Promo Mechanics
    1. Maybank2u eTreats Raffle Promo will run from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
    2. The promo is open to all Maybank active individual peso current and savings accounts, payroll accounts, credit card accounts, and any individual who successfully opened an iSave account within the promo period.
    3. The following accounts are not eligible to join the promo
      a. Corporate accounts
      b. Cash Card
      c. Yippie Account
      d. PVAO accounts
      e. SSS Pension Account
      f. US Veteran Pension Account
    4. A client earns raffle entry when s/he performs any of the following:
    5. For every qualified transaction, client will receive an SMS containing the number of raffle entry/ies earned.
    6. Maybank2u eTreats Raffle Promo consists of the following prizes. eVouchers c/o BizTreats: two hundred fifty (250) winners of Php 300 worth of 7 Eleven CLIQQ Wallet, one hundred fifty (150) winners of Php 500 worth of 7 Eleven CLIQQ Wallet, thirty (35) winners of Php 1,000 worth of Lazada Gift Card, twenty (20) winners of Php 3,000 worth of Lazada Gift Card. eGadgets: two (2) winners of iPad and one (1) winner of Laptop. Please see illustration below for the qualification period, monthly draw dates, and allocated prizes for the month.
    7. Non-winning entries from the beginning of the promo will be carried over to the succeeding raffle draw provided that:
      Qualification:
      a. Client has successful login from April 1 to June 30, 2021, if raffle entry is earned through M2U activation or M2U login.
      b. Client maintained the money deposited to his/her iSave account which earned the raffle entry.
      e.g. Client deposited P 11,000 = Earned 2 raffle entries = Winning Entry of Raffle Promo
      Client maintained P 5,000 = 1 valid raffle entry
      Client withdrawn P 5,000 = 1 valid entry disqualified
      Deposited amount must be maintained until the draw date to qualify.
      c. Winners of the major prize in the 1st draw is not qualified to join the final draw.
    8. Selection of winners is via an electronic raffle draw, which shall be conducted on the dates below through www.random.org at Maybank Corporate Centre, in the presence of a DTI representative.
    9. Maybank Officer will contact major and grand prize winners via call and an email notification will be sent to the client’s registered email address in Maybank. Client will be instructed to claim the prize in any Maybank branch near his/her proximity or area and date when prizes can be claimed. To claim the prize,winners must present the email notification received from Maybank with a valid photo-bearing government ID.
    10. Minor prize winners will receive an email notification sent to their registered email address in Maybank andSMS where the voucher code is indicated. To claim the prize, winners must present the voucher code to the partner merchant indicated in the SMS.
    11. Client’s account should be active upon claiming of prizes.
    12. A client can only win either one (1) of the grand or major prizes. In case client is drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value.
    13. Prizes are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.
    14. The corresponding prize taxes will be paid by Maybank Philippines Inc. where applicable.
    15. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS or a Phone call. List of winners will be posted at Maybank Philippines Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MaybankPhilippines and Maybank Philippines website (www.maybank.com.ph) within 15 banking days from draw date.
    16. Winners will be notified thru registered mail and redemption of prizes is sixty (60) days from receipt of registered/written notification, or prizes shall be forfeited in favour of MPI with prior approval of DTI.
    17. Winners to allow MPI to document, via photos and video, the handling of prizes and the same will be used in publicity for this promo in any mode or manner as may be deemed appropriate.
    18. MPI’s decision in concurrence with DTI regarding the promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
    19. Terms and conditions under this promo are subject to all relevant laws, government decisions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
    20. All MPI employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
