Maybank Credit Card Pick-A-Prize Promo Mechanics
- The promo is open to all Maybank cardholders whose credit card accounts are active and in good credit standing
- Promo period is from September 1 to October 31, 2019.
- Cardholder may register through any of the following to join the promo:
- Maybank Credit Cardholders may call the Maybank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 588-3888 or 1-800-10-588-3888 (PLDT Customer Service)
- On or before September 1, cardholders will receive an SMS containing the promo registration link. Cardholders must provide the following registration details:
- Surname
- First Name
- Current mobile number which should match with the records of Maybank Credit Card
- Email Address
- The following are qualified purchases transacted and posted within the promo period:

- Transactions made by the Supplementary Cardholder shall be qualified as part of the Principal Cardholder’s accumulated spend within the promo period.
- Transactions including EzyCash, EzyTransfer, EzyConvert, interest fees, tagged as fraud, rewards redemptions, processing fees, cash credits, casino & gambling, quasi-cash, and similar transactions are excluded from earning tokens.
- Maybank Philippines, Inc. (MPI) shall identify by extracting in its system the Cardholders who have qualified purchases* on the following cut-off dates:

- Cardholders shall be provided the following information via SMS before playing the game
- Number of tokens
- Unique 6-digit code (for log-in to the link of the game)
- Link to the pick-a-prize game
- Upon access to the game site, Cardholder may begin playing the crane game once or multiple times depending on the number of tokens received. All tokens are valid within 60 days from sending to the Cardholder via SMS.
- Cardholders may get a chance to win any of the following prizes below.
- Php 1,000 Shopping Credits
- Php 500 Shopping Credits
- Php 250 Shopping Credits
- Php 100 Shopping Credits
- 5,000 TreatsPoints
- 1,000 TreatsPoints
- 500 TreatsPoints
- 100 TreatsPoints
- Cardholders will be notified with their winnings after they play the game. Winners will be randomly determined.
- Shopping credits and TreatsPoints are non-expiry.
- MPI shall post the shopping credits and/or TreatsPoints to the Cardholder’s credit card account within 10 banking days from playing the game.
- An account is automatically disqualified in receiving the prize if the account is deemed invalid or delinquent at time of crediting.
- By accepting the prize, the cardholder agrees to hold MPI free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
- Prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
- MPI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the cardholder’s credit card status (that is, the account must be current and in good standing).
- In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, spend period dates, fulfillment, and promo mechanics, MPI’s decision will prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
- In the event the Cardholder redeems a cash credit and/or TreatPoints earned from a fraudulent or disputed transaction, Maybank Credit Card shall debit from his/her credit card account the equivalent unit price of the item redeemed.
