1. The Promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Maybank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") issued locally and overseas

3. To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her qualified Maybank Card on-site for the full payment of the transaction.

5. The discount with Café 1228 is not applicable for premium spirits or wines.
6. The offer with Café 1228 is not applicable during special holidays such as June 17 (lunch), December 24 (dinner), December 25 (lunch & dinner), December 31 (dinner), January 1 (lunch), February 14 (dinner), April 21 (lunch), May 12 (lunch), June 16 (lunch).

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. Maybank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI regarding the Promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
