• The Maybank Credit Card Treats Promo (“Promo”) is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Maybank Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") issued locally and overseas
• The Cardholders are eligible to avail any of the offers under the Promo
• To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must use his/her qualified Maybank Card on-site for the full payment of the transaction.
• Only one (1) qualified Maybank Card must be used per single-receipt transaction and only one qualified Maybank Card will be accepted per Cardholder per visit and splitting of a single transaction is prohibited.
• The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, offers, group purchases, events or functions.
• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
• Maybank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI regarding the Promo and all matters related to or connected with it, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
