There will be a total of 8 weekly winners (1 winner per week) of up to Php50,000 and 1 grand winner of up to Php 100,000.

• The promo is open to new and existing cardholders of Maybank Credit Cards who are active and in good credit standing
• Promo period is from June 16 to August 15, 2018
• The following purchases entitle the Cardholder to earn electronic raffle (E-raffle) entries for a chance to win a full cash rebate of his/her weekly cumulative spend with a maximum value of P50,000 for the weekly raffle draw, or full cash rebate of his/her cumulative spend from June 16 to August 15, 2018 with a maximum value of P100,000 for the grand draw.

• Transactions including EzyCash, EzyTransfer, EzyConvert, interest fees, tagged as fraud, rewards redemptions, processing fees, cash credits, casino & gambling, quasi-cash, and similar transactions are excluded from earning raffle entries.
• Maybank Philippines Inc. (MPI) will generate raffle entries electronically. E-raffle entries earned by the supplementary cardholders will be automatically credited to the principal’s account. The eligibility of the supplementary cardholder’s transactions to earn raffle entries is dependent on the principal card’s credit standing.
• Winners shall be drawn via electronic raffle at 4/F Maybank Corporate Center - Annex, 7th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 1634, Metro Manila, Philippines in the presence of DTI and MPI representatives. Cardholders whose names are drawn will be subject to verification by MPI. Announcement of winners shall be done fifteen (15) days after the raffle draw via MPI’s official social media channels.
• Raffle draw schedule are as follows:

• The prize of higher value is awarded to the customer should his/her name be drawn more than once.
• Winners will be notified via phone and registered mail. MPI shall credit the amount won within sixty (60) calendar days from notification of the winner.
• The winners of the Midyear Cashback Craze Raffle Promo will receive his/her prize via cash credit to his/her Maybank Credit Card.
• An account is automatically disqualified from earning cash credits if the account is deemed invalid or delinquent at time of crediting.
• One-time credit will be given to winner.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold MPI free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
• Prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• MPI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the drawn entries (that is, the winner’s account must be current and in good standing).
• Employees of MPI and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
