The Promotion is open to all active Principal and Supplementary Maybank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing. This Promotion covers all Maybank Credit Cards issued in the Philippines.
The Promotion Period is from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2018
Bookings must be made via booking.com/maybank dedicated link only and are subject to availability.
Payment must be made with the same Maybank Credit Card upon check-in at the respective hotel/s.
Cash back is applicable to hotel room charges only, excluding local taxes, service charges, food and beverage and any or other applicable fees.
Cash back will be credited to the same Maybank Credit Card used for booking after 65 days from the check-out date, which the credit card must be valid (not closed, lost or blocked). For avoidance of doubt, hotels that only accept cash as mode of payment will not be eligible for cash back.
Cash back will be calculated based on the latest materialized transaction value in Euros and will be credited in Euros, subject to Forex exchange rates.
Promotion is not valid for bookings made directly at Booking.com’s website (www.booking.com) and app. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.
In case of dispute, the joint decision of Booking.com and Maybank’s decision shall be final.

Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of goods or service(s) provided by Agoda and its relevant merchant hotel(s).
